| Q: I have a question. I am considering buying a dog run off a garage sale website. It is made of chain-link and it is 8 foot high, consequently, it will be visible over the top of the fence. The dogs will need shade. There will be a tarp over the top of the kennel spread neatly out and well-attached to prevent the wind from blowing any part of the tarp off the kennel. How do I get this approved? Thank you for your help. |
