Well, not completely. Things are still on track with the community. The Board did in fact select and moved to a new community management group! PMG is no more, and now enters Montage Community Service. They are a locally owned and operated management company with closer ties to the community. Welcome Montage as you may see them doing drive thrus, hosting functions, sending paperwork… overall being more involved than our last management company. This is good for the community as we are not just seen as a number to the management company… we are a community and Montage strives to deliver.

Like everyone else, the HOA has been affected by Covid 19, personally and community wise. There have been Federal and State orders and stipulations for things like parks in our community, the pool in our community, how we meet, etc. Similar to what other organizations are going through, as a community we need to understand that there are processes and procedures to go through to ensure 1) we are following the law, 2) caring for the safety of our community. Montage has been a major help through the process, and has been keeping us as an HOA and community up to date on recent events. Unfortunately it has been a moving target. One major ask from the community has been to open the pool, and we just could not do so at the normal time due to lockdowns. With the state opening many businesses, we have now the option to open the pool, but with specific safety restrictions that each resident MUST sign off on. No pool furniture will be out so transmittal of Covid is reduced, and we leave it up to the residents to keep social distancing while the pool is in use. As of now (Weekend of July 4th, 2020)… the pool has been opened for those residents that have signed the attestation, and are up to date on HOA fees. Violators will not be tolerated, as safety of the community is very important. At least you have the option to use the pool this year!

Check back every now and then for updates, as things may change, with the pool and with upcoming events. Like said previously, the pandemic is a moving target… don’t know what tomorrow brings. What we do hope for the community is health and hopefully a different and fun summer for the residents of our community.
